Lunch

  • Fage nonfat yogurt
  • Chicken and spinach wrap
  • Apple slices
Dinner:
  • Steamed shrimp
  • one drink
  • protein shake
Gym
  • 45 minutes on elliptical
  • 20 pull ups, 20 chin ups, 20 dips
  • 20 sit ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg kicks
  • 20 push ups
