What a yucky day. I can't wait till it's nice outside so I can ride my bike and kayak. Until then, I did the following at the gym:
- 45 minutes on the elliptical
- 20 situps, 20 crunches, 20 leg-ab kicks
- 20 pullups, 20 chinups, 20 dips (50% weight)
Breakfast:
- Egg Beaters
- Bowl of Kashi Cereal with skim milk
- Large Dunkin Donuts coffee with a liittle cream and little sugar
Lunch:
- Grilled chicken and spinach in a Habanero tortilla
- Fage nonfat yogurt
- Sliced apples
- Dried apricots
- low-sodium V8
Dinner:
- Protein shake
- Meatloaf and mashed potatoes Lean Cuisine
- Green Tea
My goal is to weigh 200 pounds. I clocked in at 219.6 before my workout and 221.0 after my workout. I've had trouble sticking to a healthy eating and exercise program. That's why I'm writing this blog, the thought that my daily decisions are public might force me to make better decisions.
